Driveflex is located in Sydney near Coogee, Once you have booked your car subscription, you will be provided with an appointment time that suits you to collect your car.

Some roads in Sydney require payment through electronic tolls. With Driveflex there are two ways to pay for tolls while you are subscribed. Pay through your subscription. If you are a visitor to Sydney or are an infrequent toll user, any toll usage will be charged automatically through your subscription, including a processing fee. Otherwise, Driveflex recommend fitting your car with an electronic toll tag for the duration of your subscription.

While your Driveflex weekly car subscription in Sydney covers the essentials like registration, insurance, servicing, maintenance, and roadside assistance, tolls and excess kilometers are your responsibility, beyond the weekly limit of your plan. We highly recommend setting up a toll account and installing an e-tag to handle any toll road charges during your subscription. In NSW, relevant toll providers include E-Toll, E-Way, and Linkt. If you choose not to fit an e-tag to the vehicle, toll charges will be processed through your Driveflex subscription account. Driveflex will automatically deduct the toll fee, a number plate recognition fee, and a $2.50 processing fee per toll charge from your weekly subscription payment. We get it, accidents can happen. If you notice any damage to the car, report it to our team right away for assessment. And if you've been in an accident, don't worry — help is just a call away, thanks to the roadside assistance cover included in your weekly subscription plan with Driveflex. With Driveflex, you won't be charged for any damage that falls within our Fair Wear & Tear Policy, which is already covered in our car subscription costs. However, if the repair costs exceed what's covered by our policy, they will be deducted from your security deposit before being refunded. If the repair costs surpass the value of the security deposit, the responsibility falls on the driver, and you'll need to cover the remaining repair costs up to the damage excess amount.

We ask that all collections and returns are made from our offices in Sydney Coogee. Having our offices located outside Sydney airport is one of the many reasons we are able to keep our rates so low, as we don't pay expensive airport fees that would then need to be passed on to our customers.

Currently, Driveflex requires that you return the vehicle to the same location where it was collected. This ensures a smooth process for both you and us.
